Hotel staff were helpful and very friendly. We walked into the centre which took about 30 minutes. Good breakfast well presented but from a British point of view , only one type of milk. (No semi or skimmed). Minor niggle. Also used Metro which was very close to the hotel and easy to use.
All in all a very pleasant stay in Milan.

A little expensive for the small rooms. But it is Milan. Expected a lot more for the price. Did not receive our free bottle of wine.

The air conditioning worked fine. We had a twin and the room was spacious. It was close to the Duomo and restaurants. Easy walking distance to most historical areas in the old town. The staff was very helpful getting a taxi and giving us directions.

"I love this hotel. For a solo traveler, this was so helpful to me. It was close to everything esp to Piazza de Ferrari.
