Room was lovely and the included breakfast was a nice touch. Hotel was very clean and in a good location for seeing the sights of Milan. My only complaint is we waited 45 minutes after our check in time to be able to access our room and it messed up the tours we had planned for the day.

"The back exterior wall of this hotel still bears a huge Sheraton logo. They have not been part of that chain for 10+ years.
