"This is the second year that we have booked this extraordinary property for our family reunion. Scott And Kathy are the most excellent, communicative, friendly, and gracious hosts! Two years in a row, we have had the most relaxing and enjoyable experience on this breathtaking property. Never have I slept in a more comfortable bed! Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Anything we needed was always just a quick message away and Scott was a pleasure to deal with! We have already talked about booking again the same time next year! This will absolutely be our go to destination every single year. Beautiful views, quiet property, just LOVE the landscape. While it feels like you’re out in the middle of nowhere, you are less than five minutes from town. The property is nestled in the hills where all you can hear are the birds chirping and your own heartbeat. Just absolute peace. I feel refreshed and ready to tackle another year. "The Best! I am so happy got to stay in spacious, comfortable private room connected to nice house. The view from my room was wonderful with mountains distance and great location for visiting the spectacular north rim of Black Canyon National Park ! There is not much to do with almost no eating options close by, but I cooked food in full kitchen, The owner left essentials including coffee maker and coffee as well as some food items such as instant oatmeal and cereal (and even eggs in refrigerator). I enjoyed my stay very much !"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Williams Place in the Fort Austin complex. The apartment was exactly as advertised, and fit our needs perfectly. Our hostess, Heather, was also very accommodating and a joy to be around. We were so happy and impressed with Fort Austin, and the Paonia area, that we plan to make it our vacation destination next year, but for at least a full week rather than three days."
