Best staff in Europe!
Posted 17 Apr 2019 on HotelsWas such a great experience in golden tulip fenix. Hotel was clean and great location. Above all, staff were really nice. Especially celeste. Celeste is the kindest person I have ever seen!! She is so helpful and generous. She made sure that we had the best stay and made a call for the bus company to change the schedule for us. I would love to go back to andorra and stay again at golden because of Celeste. Thank you!!

Well positioned for the town centre, comfortable rooms, friendly helpful staff and a great breakfast selection.

A hotel with good location and average comfort.
Posted 20 Jan 2019 on HotelsConvenient location. Staff helpful but some speak only Spanish and Catalan. The bed, pillows and sheets can be more comfortable for a good night sleep. The housekeeping doesn't always show up.

Nice hotel in a very good location, surrounded by restaurantes, stores and people. Keep in mind that Andorra is very small so you can actually stay wherever you want without being worried of if you are far from any place you would like to visit.

Hotel was fantastic!
Posted 3 Jan 2018 on WotifWotif advised on their billing that a New Years Eve Dinner was included as part of the price but this was not the case. We had to find another New Years Eve event that cost us 380 Euro for four people. Wotif left us thinking we had an event booked and essentially left us out of pocket .

Good hotel in the centre of Andorra.
Posted 23 Aug 2017My partner and I enjoyed our 2-night stay here. It's in a great location, the room had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful.
