Staff were very nice. Easy check in and out. Would be helpful if in addition to USB they had USB-C for charging phones. And icing on top would be universal plug receptacles.

The breakfasts are really good with a lot to choose from. Patrick is great!!! The desk staff are all very helpful and nice. The room cleaning was done with great care and performed early daily after I went out. The location is near the center of Aix providing wonderful strolls to the cafe’s, restaurants, and museums. I would definitely stay here again.

10/10 hotel. We checked in around 7:30 pm, walked over to a charming outdoor restaurant, enjoyed the very large room, had a lovely buffet breakfast under the shade of mulberry trees, and were able to relax by the pool well after we checked out. Great amenities, staff, and overall set up.
