Second time of staying in this hotel. Very clean, good condition rooms. Breakfast very nice. Pizza in evening amazing. Would fully recommend this hotel. Will stay again myself I am sure. Easy and close o transport links.

Terrible service
The room was absolutely tiny. “Family room” but no wardrobe space - just a rail. Not enough space whatsoever for a family of five’s ski gear. We have stayed in small rooms on a budget before so we did get over the initial shock of all the beds being exceedingly close together with zero floor space! However, the main issue was no hot water. After traveling for sixteen hours it’s generally nice to have a warm shower but unfortunately we couldn’t just to the above issue. We decided to try in the morning as we errr exhausted. Same issue the next day. I reported the issue and was nonchalantly told it was a tech issue and to “leave the water running for twenty mins” not very ecological. We did try this but it was still freezing. We were then told to try when other guests were less likely to have a shower. I.e. not in the morning or evening! Hardly ideal when we are a family of five who are out all day having a very active time in the snow. Anyway we specifically made it back for about midday and guess what? Still no hot water. Reported again and was told technician was in today so hopefully sorted by the end of the day. As you can probably guess, this wasn’t the case. We called Hotels.com in the end who were amazing and changed us hotels. Absolutely no care in the world from Ibis whatsoever. Breakfast was mediocre but again this was meant to be a budget trip before Christmas so it was fine for what it paid. Clearers were brilliant!

The hotel is quirky and somewhat delightful, clean and spacious with a good breakfast thrown in. No complaints and I would stay there again.

We had a family room for two adults and three children 13,9,7. The room was clean and enough space for us. It was a little warm and there was no air on. It was good to have the restaurant, and bar. The Italian barman was very helpful and knowledgable on the wine choice. Breakfast was included and there was plenty with a good selection.

Ottimo prezzo/ qualità ma il consierge della sera era svogliato e poco incline a dare indicazioni , la camera era un pò piccola per 5 persone , abbiamo spostato il letto aggiuntivo ( che aveva anche un materasso più sottile della media) sotto erano state lasciate cartacce, il sapone di cortesia era di scarsissima qualità. L' albergo si trova fuori Chamonix e soffre di trasporti non adatti . La colazione varia e di buona qualità

Hôtel moyen dans l’ensemble
Hôtel moyen dans l’ensemble. Ne correspond pas à un 4 étoile pour moi. La chambre que nous avons eu avait 2 lits simples séparés. Une douche complètement ouverte dans la salle de bain avec WC donc pas pratique car l’eau remonte sur toute la surface de la salle de bain. Néanmoins la qualité de la literie est conforme. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas copieux, peu de choix, très limité. Place de parking limité avec 15/18 places donc pas suffisant. Si vous recherchez un hôtel, je ne vous conseillerai pas celui-ci, vous en avez d’autres à proximité 10 fois plus qualitatifs.

Der Hoteldirektor persönlich, Mauro, half mir sehr zuvorkommend, mein Elektroauto, das keine Energie mehr hatte, mit Hilfe eines Verlängerungskabels und Strom vom Hotel aufzuladen.

Hôtel agréable
Hôtel agréable. Personnel sympathique et accueillant. Chambre et salle de bain très propre. Très bon petit déjeuner. L’hôtel remet gratuitement un pass transport qui permet d’utiliser les transports en communs de la vallée de Chamonix.
