The rooms are equipped with blinds and mosquito nets, duvets and pillows, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. the bedrooms and the bathroom have electric heaters.

The mobile home is located on a plot surrounded by large hedges for the tranquility of each and close to the activities and water parks, it is very pleasant and you can walk there.

You will find near La Palmyre, its market, its beaches and its essential ZOO La Palmyre, you will also appreciate the many islands: islands of Oléron, Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix, Bort Boyard, Ile Madame, Brouage .....
For each rental a contract is established, a deposit of 30% is required upon booking and the balance is payable 1 month before arrival.
Two checks deposit are required: one of 500 euros and one of 80 euros for the household, these 2 checks are not cashed and are returned to you within 15 days after your departure if no damage or damage to the mobile home has been found and this one is clean.
In the price of the rent is included (gas, water, electricity and tourist tax).
You are asked for a certificate of liability insurance, it is mandatory on the park.

Très bon séjour ; Location à recommander
Mobile home très propre et tout est prévu pour passer un très bon séjour. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et la communication est très fluide (petit cadeau de bienvenue qui nous a bien fait plaisir). Le prêt des vélos est un vrai plus qui permet d’accéder à la plage ou centre ville par les pistes cyclables très rapidement. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Tout était parfait !
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce mobil-homme. Il est vraiment très bien équipé ( lave vaisselle, lave linge, micro-onde, four ....), propre et très confortable. Le Mobil-homme est vraiment bien situé dans le camping à proximité des commerces, piscine et centre d'activité. L'accueil et la communication avec les propriétaires étaient parfaites pour l'arrivée dans le camping. Notre séjour était parfait avec en prime un petit cadeau de bienvenue qui fait forcément toujours plaisir !

Un très grand Mobil home, très bien équipé, notamment quand on est en famille avec bébé. Terrasse couverte appréciable, des moustiquaires aux fenêtre des chambres bien utiles (même si pas de moustiques) et Mobil home joliment décoré. Emplacement proche du centre aquatique et du Proxi. Vélo à disposition bien agréable pour profiter des pistes cyclables ombragées et à l'écart de la route. Bref pas de mauvaises surprises, au contraire. A recommander.

Belles vacances
Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines au camping des Charmettes dans un très sympa mobilhome. L'emplacement est parfait dans le camping : proche du centre aquatique, de la supérette, du snack... La location est très propre, neuve, clim, moustiquaire, plancha, 3 vélos à disposition. Le seul point noir c'est la taille du centre aquatique car sous dimensionné par rapport à la taille du camping
