Le Sunny Snow - Jolie vue montagne

In Les Orres, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 24 m² flat with mountain views and ski station within walking distance which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 5th floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 11 m² living room,a fitted kitchen, a bathroom (with shower) and a balcony with view of the mountains. Free parking is available in the accommodation's private parking lot.

The flat is currently for sale and visits (approximately 15 minutes) may be arranged with your agreement. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

The flat comprises :
- An 11 m² living room with TV and sofa bed (160×200).
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, raclette machine, coffee machine, etc.
- A cabin area with 2 bunk beds.
- A shower room.
- Separate WC

Outside:
- A balcony with a view of the mountains to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Les Orres, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market. An electric car charging point is located close to the building (less than 50 m away) and can be seen from the flat.

Le Sunny Snow "Génial 🙂 TOUT le logement est propre très bien aménagé four, micro-ondes il y a même un petit lave vaisselle une machine à laver et tout ce qui faux pour les faire fonctionner. La vue est magnifique et il y a une petite fenêtre à côté du canapé qui la journée vous offre une magnifique vue sur la montagne on dirais un tableau en plus de celle du balcon le logement est calme de quoi se ressourcer après une journée bien remplie. Le logement est très bien situé a 2 pas du centre de la station et sur le départ d’un chemin où l’on peux aller faire de longue balade dans la neige ou dans la forêt entouré d’arbre selon la saison 🙁 Rien tout étaient parfait"
