  • In an old villa, spacious apartment of 64 m2, plus a small enclosed courtyard of 4.30 m2, located on a raised ground floor with stairs of 12 steps to climb:

    2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets.

    Almost immediate center, beach front, swimming pool nearby

    => an ideal housing situation: it is the first feeling of holidaymakers.
