Located on the 6th floor with elevator access and a superb view of the canal, this lovely apartment features a spacious entrance hall, a living room with a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. The balcony, with an enclosed loggia, is furnished with a table and a sun lounger. Wi-Fi is available. The first bedroom has two single beds (90cm) and the second has a single bed (90cm). The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, and a dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are also provided. There is also a utility room and an enclosed balcony with a beautiful view of La Chaume. A garage is also included. Linens are not provided. APPA117
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax and security deposit by credit card or bank check, as well as a cleaning deposit of €129.

Très belle ville. Des paysages et des promenades tops. Petit bémol sur la fraîcheur du logement

L’accueil au niveau de l’agence Plage était parfait, une personne charmante et très professionnel. De bon conseils. Par contre le logement ne vaut pas le tarif demandé. Sol humide, tapisserie déchirée, moisissure au plafond, files électriques le long des murs. Certes une vue imprenable sur les sables d’olonnes. Quelques travaux sont à prévoir pour justifier le tarif. Un point positif est la proximité des commerces et de la navette.

Vacances très réussie.

Appartement très bien situé, lumineux et spacieux. Il mérite toutefois, des travaux au niveau des chambres.
