BIG BEN - à 750m de la Plage

70m² house, rated 4*, located in a highly sought-after and very quiet neighbourhood, the Pironnière district. Idyllic setting, 750m from Tanchet Beach with a fully enclosed garden, large terrace equipped with a large shade cloth. Everything is within a 15-minute walk (shops, Tanchet Beach, Thalassotherapy, Zoo, Casino)

Beautiful bike rides or hikes will take you along the wild coast (Puits d'enfer, Cayola, Talmont St Hilaire) or towards the Grande Plage of Sables d'Olonne, seafront, pedestrian streets...

2 Bicycles are provided free of charge as well as a private garage



The house consists of 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a 180 bed (2 x 90), the second with two single beds (trundle bed 2 x 80) and its bathroom with shower

The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hobs, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso and plunger coffee maker, washing machine, tumble dryer.
