House of 70m ², classified 4*, located in very sought after area and very quiet, the district of Pironnière. Idyllic setting, 750m from the beach of Tanchet with fully enclosed garden, large terrace equipped with a large shade cloth. Everything is less than 15 minutes walk (shops, Tanchet beach, Thalasso, Zoo, Casino)
Beautiful bike rides or hikes will take you along the wild coast (Puits d'enfer, Cayola, Talmont St Hilaire) or to the Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne, embankment, pedestrian streets...
2 bicycles are available free of charge and a private garage
