  • Very nice 3 bedroom apartment with garage, classified 3*, spacious, 1st floor with elevator, completely renovated.

    700m from the Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne, in the heart of the city center of Les Sables d'Olonne, 2 steps from markets and shops.

    All you have to do is put your towel on the sand.



    Housing consisting of:



    - dining room/lounge TV/wifi opening onto a small balcony with table and 4 chairs

    - fully equipped kitchen:

    Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine (pods) and coffee maker filters, microwave, kettle, toaster...

    - a master bedroom with a bed of 160, TV and shower room - WC

    - a second bedroom with a bed of 160

    - a third bedroom with a bed of 160

    - Separate WC

    - A second shower room with washing machine and hairdryer

    - garage in the basement of the building with secure access and a closed box (a place reserved for you)
