Charming, fully furnished 3-star holiday home with 5 rooms, offering 106 m² of living space, located on Rue des Corderies, just steps from the ocean.

The house is less than 50 meters from the sea and close to the shopping center of Les Sables d'Olonne. Ideally situated for a family holiday.

The house is on three levels.

This accommodation includes: an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator) opening onto a courtyard furnished with garden furniture. The sleeping area comprises two bathrooms, a separate toilet, four bedrooms, and a small office.
