ROSE Holidays offers you this charming holiday home in the heart of La Chaume, in Les Sables d'Olonne, an authentic, picturesque and highly sought-after neighbourhood by holidaymakers. Located just a few steps from the marina, shops and restaurants, you can do everything on foot!



House that can accommodate up to 6 people.



Located on a quiet street, this tastefully renovated house is the ideal place to get together with family or friends. It has all the necessary equipment for a successful holiday!



It consists of a living room equipped with a sofa, a television, wifi network to stay connected, and a cosy corner for your relaxation moments.



The kitchen is independent and fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine...



A pleasant covered and enclosed patio will allow you to share your meals sheltered, whatever the weather. It is fitted with a large dining table.



The bathroom is composed of a walk-in shower, a washbasin unit, a towel radiator and a hair dryer.

At night, you will have:



A master bedroom with a double bed in 160, bedside tables and storage
