ROSE Vacances invites you to stay in this beautiful family home located in Les Sables d’Olonne, just minutes from the beach and cycling paths – perfect for a relaxing and comfortable stay for up to 8 guests.



Set in a quiet residential neighborhood, this spacious house offers comfort, high-end amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere – ideal for family vacations or holidays with friends.



Layout:

Upstairs: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160 cm), private bathroom with both shower and bathtub. Also upstairs: two additional bedrooms, each with two single beds (one with a bunk bed).

On the ground floor: a second master suite with a trundle bed (sleeps 2) and en-suite bathroom with shower.



Living spaces:

Large open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with two ovens (one steam), bean-to-cup coffee machine, central island.

Dining area with large table for 8 people.

Cozy living room with TV and included Wi-Fi.



Outdoor space:

Private patio with garden furniture, large outdoor dining table, and electric plancha grill.

Garage with additional bathroom – perfect after a beach day.

Two adult bikes and three children’s bikes available.
