Très belle location
Excellent séjour de 2 semaines passées dans cette maison très fonctionnelle, pratique, confortable, au calme, très bien équipée et très bien située (marché et plage à 800 m à pied).
Très bon contact également avec la conciergerie pour notre arrivée et notre départ ainsi qu'avec le propriétaire.
A recommander sans la moindre hésitation !

Semaine de vacance du 5 au 12 Août
L’hébergement est très bien ( fonctionnelle , bien situé ) et tout confort.
Seul petit bémol avec la climatisation, celle ci ne permet pas de climatiser l’ensemble des pièces et trop bruyante.
En somme des vacances apaisantes qui ont répondu à nos attentes.

Location très agréable et bien aménagée, proche de la ville et du front de mer. Le grand garage est un vrai plus vu la difficulté de stationnement dans la rue. Petit bémol concernant la climatisation qui est une clim portable et, par conséquent, bruyante. Merci à Annabelle de la conciergerie Hoomy, personne très agréable et qui s'est rendu disponible à notre convenance.

Excellent séjour dans cette maison des Sables d'Olonne. L'emplacement est parfait, à proximité de tout, du centre ville, des commerces et de la plage. Le logement est plus spacieux qu'il n'apparaît sur les photos. La petite cour à l'arrière est un vrai plus, avec tout le nécessaire pour déjeuner et profiter de l'extérieur. Équipement du logement parfait, il ne manque vraiment rien.

Très bon accueil de Laetitia de la conciergerie .Merci à Mr et Mme Betard qui ont une maison charmante avec un tres grand confort et le calme.J ai l habitude de louer mais là c est bien là première fois qu il y a tout dans la maison que se soit des ustensiles de cuisine à l aménagement de la cuisine vous avez le choix à 3 cafetières une avec filtre thermos un senseo et une dolce gusto vous avait théière bouilloire etc.... Le must je n aurais pas assez de ligne pour écrire tout ce qui est bien
C est simple dès que vous rentrez dans cette maison vous vous y sentez bien.Proche de la mer et de ses commerces tout se fait à pieds.Le garage un plus pour garer la voiture .Le jacuzzi un vrai bonheur pour les soirées dans la veranda et pour y manger tout en etant dehors mais aussi dedans.Une maison très bien aménagée pour être bien et sans manquer de rien. Mr betard prends soin de vous en vous envoyant un petit SMS pour savoir si tout se passe bien.Merci pour leur gentillesse et leur cadeau de bienvenue .Une adresse que nous gardons en mémoire pour pouvoir y revenir.Je recommande à 1000%

Maison très agréable et bien située, la plage, les commerces et la gare sont accessibles à pied, ce qui est vraiment un plus pour un séjour aux Sables d'Olonne! Le propriétaire et Annabelle, qui s'occupe de l'accueil, sont très disponibles pour répondre à toutes les questions et régler les éventuels petits problèmes. La maison est bien équipée et plaisante à vivre. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir et recommande cette location.
