On the 5th and last floor with elevator, this apartment consists of an entrance with cupboard, a kitchen with a small loggia, a living room with a fitted balcony, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a second bedroom with a 160 cm bed (2x80), a mezzanine with three 90 cm beds, shower room with WC, and separate WC.

ARRIVEE DANS LE LIEU LOUE

L'agence immobilière Pool immobilier est située dans une zone à plusieurs kilomètres des Sables d'Olonne qui nécessite impérativement une voiture. Si vous arrivez en train c'est vraiment très compliqué. Pas d'état des lieux à l'entrée ni à la sortie et on vous explique que l'on vous renverra votre chèque en appréciant sans aucune contradiction l'état des lieux et du ménage. Un abus pur et simple de la part de l'agence immobilière Pool immobilier.
