  • House in the heart of Les Sables d'Olonne, facing the Arago market, located 400m from the Grande Plage.

    On the first floor without a lift (a tea shop is located on the ground floor) Free WiFi

    Station 1km away (12 minutes on foot)



    A 70 m² house on two levels, ideally located.



    On the ground floor, separate toilet and washing machine



    On the 1st floor:

    - living room with TV, terrace, parasol, electric barbecue

    - fully equipped kitchen:

    Dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, combined microwave oven, gas stove, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto, kettle, toaster...

    - Bedroom with a 140 cm bed

    - Shower room and toilet



    2nd Floor:

    - 1 bedroom with two 90 cm beds



    Bed and toilet linen are not provided but can be rented from the concierge if needed.

    Cleaning will be done after your departure so that you can enjoy the place and the beach until the end.

la location est tres bien située, a proximite des commerces, marche, plage, restaurants, malgre tout il est dans un endroit calme avec du stationnement le bien est propre en general mais reste a parfaire dans les details (poignee de porte, interrupteurs,..)
