  • Newly built 74 m² house for rent, sleeps 4, near the town of Château d'Olonne
    Parking for 2 cars in front of the house; 400 m² lot with artificial turf and a pétanque court.
    Ground floor with living room and open kitchen; fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, 1 table with 4 chairs, sitting area with sofa + TV.
    1 utility room with sink and washing machine.
    Upstairs, 1 bathroom with 1 sink + shower + 1 toilet and 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190) and a TV.
    Outside, a 50 m² terrace with patio furniture.
    A quiet, recently developed area located 1 km from the town of Château d’Olonne; there you’ll find a bakery, pharmacy, and a tobacco and newsstand shop. A small market is held every Sunday morning. Intermarché, Super U, and Lidl are within a 2-km radius. The beaches (Tanchet and Grande Plage) and the town centre of Les Sables are 2.5 km away. Bike paths provide access to these locations.
    In the housing estate 100 metres away, shuttle buses run every 30 minutes to Les Sables town centre.
    Please note: there is no Wi-Fi in the house

Vacances au top

Petite maison très accueillante, propre et hyper lumineuse. Quartier hyper calme pour vraiment se reposer. Jardin au top, pour les enfants comme pour les adultes. Un peu loin des plages mais très bien desservi par les navettes.

Aangenaam huisje

Het is een aangenaam huisje maar er is geen wifi aanwezig. Doordat het luifel stuk was, enkel een kleine parasol, was er weinig schaduw. Er is geen barbecue, enkel een grill plaat. Voor de rest is alles aanwezig wat er moet zijn!

Très beau logis bien équipé. Il manque juste le Wifi.

Beau logis, moderne, propre et bien équipé. Ajouter le Wifi et ce serait parfait.
