Architect's house of 180mÂČ in the heart of the marshes, located 3km from the wild beach of Sauveterre (also accessible by cycle paths)

Beautiful bike rides or walks will take you along the wild coast to Les Sables d'Olonne, seafront, pedestrian streets, large beach, casinos, zoo...

The house is composed of 2 levels, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets.

Two bedrooms with 160 beds, one with a 140 bed and the last one consisting of two single 90 beds.

Numerous outdoor spaces with garden furniture, sun loungers, plancha, unfortunately not currently visible (wintering).

What am amazing house. The photos do not do it justice at all. There was do much spaces and do many different places to sit and eat and enjoy the sunshine. It was a great place for the dogs as they had plenty of secure space to wander it and the situation meant we had plenty of places to walk them. The house was comfortable and well equipped with an eclectic mix of old and new. The ripe ftesh figs everyday

Comme dans une maison principale rien ne manque . PropriĂ©tĂ© bien close qui permet d’avoir ses vĂ©hicules en sĂ©curitĂ© 
comme son animal de compagnie (chien) 
Accueil des hĂŽtes (Armelle) trĂšs rassurant qui donne envie 
.y revenir ! ProximitĂ© de la nature EntrĂ©e pour les vĂ©hicules un peu Ă©troite.La bande vĂ©gĂ©talisĂ©e Ă  gauche en descendant vers la maison pourrait ĂȘtre supprimĂ©e . Lorsque l’on a plusieurs voitures 
on a obligation de passer sur la pelouse en descendant de son vĂ©hicule 
ce qui par temps humide peut salir les chaussures

Magnifique villa au coeur du marais

TrĂšs belle villa, alliant modernitĂ© et cachet, vaste et lumineuse, dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t et finesse. Malheureusement en fĂ©vrier, sans sĂšche linge ou Ă©tendoir intĂ©rieur, difficile de faire sĂ©cher son linge! Un espace dressing serait nĂ©cessaire Ă  l'entrĂ©e ainsi qu'un rangement pour les chaussures. Le moteur de la pompe Ă  chaleur contre la paroi extĂ©rieure de la suite parentale emet un bourdonnement gĂȘnant, mais difficile de le changer de place !
