Apartment facing the sea in Les Sables d'Olonne in a small condominium very quiet with swimming pool
Unheated pool open from April to October
The accommodation is located in the Chaume district, the lively quays are 1.4km.
For the beaches, several possibilities: either the wild beach of Paracou 1.3km walk by the dunes, or the Grande Plage des Sables 1.7km (need to take the ferry - sea bus) or last possibility the Ombret basin (water reservoir with a small beach) 1km
Housing:
- A living room-kitchen with TV, very good sofa bed 140
- Closed corridor with two 90 bunk beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- Kitchen with filter coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer, toaster, oven
- Terrace with sea and pool view, table, chairs
Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented according to your needs
The cleaning will be done after your departure so that you can enjoy the place and the beach until the end.
