Nice house of 100m2 with open kitchen, large living room with dining room and living room (sofa bed), 2 bedrooms (1 with TV), 1 bathroom with corner bath and 1 large fenced garden with swings, boules pitch, terrace, barbecue and large grassy areas. For long walks to share with the family, you can also discover the coast light bicycle, bike paths are accessible 50m (Vendeevelo). The large beach of Les Sables is 4.5km, 1 large shopping center 1km, golf, bowling, cinema 4km, canoeing, equestrian center and karting within 10 km.
The front of the house is a common entrance to 1 attached studio, rear garden privatized to rent the house not overlooked and fenced.

Great summer holiday

We had a very pleasant stay in Les Sables d'Olonnes. All facilities are in the close neighborhood. The communication with the caretaker was perfect. The equipment of the house is great. It is a great place to start exploring the region.

Enjoyable stay

Property needs updating as it feels tired internally. The shower needs a handle for older people to use as a support whilst showering. The garden would benefit from a good tidy and weeds around the house walls makes it look old and dirty as do the many broken floor tiles. It was adequate but for the price paid there are better available. Agent kept in touch, was pleasant and happy to oblige.

Nous avons passé une semaine , dans et une agreable maison , bien équipée , beau et grand jatdin et le temps etait magnifique .Seul bemol , le centre et les commerces sont un peu eloignés et cela necessite le deplacement en voiture mais si vous cherchez un endroit tranquille c'est la bonne adresse .au total tres bonne semaine .Et accepter notre toutou c'etait le top.

Point de chute pour un mariage

Maison spacieuse, les deux chambres sont grandes et la literie est bonne. Nous n’avons pas essayé les couchages annexes. Les salle d’eau et de bains sont propres et fonctionnelles. Le jardin arrière clos est agréable même si la clémence du temps ne nous a pas permis d’en profiter. Petit bémol pour la rue passante où les véhicules circulent plus vite qu’autorisé.
