  • Nice house of 100m2 with open kitchen, large living room with dining room and living room (sofa bed), 2 bedrooms (1 with TV), 1 bathroom with corner bath and 1 large fenced garden with swings, boules pitch, terrace, barbecue and large grassy areas. For long walks to share with the family, you can also discover the coast light bicycle, bike paths are accessible 50m (Vendeevelo). The large beach of Les Sables is 4.5km, 1 large shopping center 1km, golf, bowling, cinema 4km, canoeing, equestrian center and karting within 10 km.
    The front of the house is a common entrance to 1 attached studio, rear garden privatized to rent the house not overlooked and fenced.
