ROSE Holidays offers you this magnificent house renovated with taste, just a stone's throw from shops and attractions of Les Sables d'Olonne.
Two-storey house, able to accommodate up to 13 people and fully equipped so that you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.
The accommodation is ideally located, just a stone's throw from the Arago district, highly sought after by holidaymakers, and not far from the main beach, pedestrian streets and all the shops in the city centre of Les Sables d'Olonne. You can do everything on foot or by bicycle!
This house is perfect for getting together with family or friends!
The accommodation consists of a spacious and bright living area, including a living room, dining room and fully open kitchen, you will have a large sofa, a coffee table, a dining area with its table and chairs to gather around a good dinner, the dining space opens onto a beautiful wooden terrace to enjoy summer evenings.
The kitchen is functional and fully equipped: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine (filters), dishwasher, induction hobs X4...
In the extension of the kitchen, you will have a utility room with a sink, a washing machine, a tumble dryer as well as numerous storage spaces and an independent toilet.
Upstairs, you will have a first bedroom with a double bed in 140, a desk and a large wardrobe, a second bedroom with a double bed in 160 and large wardrobe.
A bathroom consisting of a shower, a washbasin with storage unit, a towel dryer and a hairdryer.
Outside, you will be able to enjoy a lovely wooden terrace fitted out and equipped with a garden lounge, and a gas plancha. Perfect for enjoying a barbecue after a day at the beach and below, a lovely garden and a pétanque pitch await you!
You will find a second night area, accessible from the garden, consisting of a room with two bunk beds in 90 and a single bed in 90, i.e. 5 single beds and an adjoining bathroom with shower, towel dryer, hairdryer, washbasin with storage unit, WC. Another room with a double bed in 160 and finally a studio equipped with a double bed with an adjoining bathroom.
You will be able to park a vehicle in front of the house, otherwise parking will be done freely and free of charge in the street.
