Apartment can accommodate up to 5 people: 2 adults and 3 children or 3 adults.

Its ideal location will allow you to move on foot or by bicycle in the town of Les Sables d'Olonne, close to all city amenities (city centre, train station, Grande Plage, Casino).

On the ground floor of the residence, you can safely leave your bicycles and access the main beach through the main door overlooking the seafront!
You can enjoy a living room-dining area-kitchen space overlooking Palais Street, tastefully decorated. Sleeping possible with the sofa bed in 160.
