Nous sommes venus découvrir les sables d'Olonne et profiter une dernière fois de la mer, cet appartement est idéalement situé pour éviter de prendre la voiture.Notre bébé de 10 mois et sa soeur de 5 ans on adoré l'espace proposé.Quelque amélioration a revoir, comme le frigo qui a déjà était cité et le sol qui peut être dangereux.Dans l'ensemble et pour le prix proposé notre séjour a été agréable

Très bon accueil de Sylvie et de son compagnon par contre pas du tout de parking.. obligé de se garer dans un parking indigo à 10 mn à pied du logement, histoire qu'il y ait une place de garantie et en lieux sûr (parking souterrain du centre) prévoyez donc un budget supplémentaire, par exemple, pour 4 jours (3 nuits) ça nous a coûté pas loin de 60€.. Le logement en lui-même est situé au dernier étage soit 3 étages, la chambre dans la mezzanine est très chaude en plein mois d'août, on s'en doutait mais les nuits étaient assez rudes.. beaucoup de bruit dehors la nuit en plus.. en plus des goélands le matin.. Niveau propreté à notre arrivée le ménage n'était pas fait.. assez moyen quand même.. La douche est dans une baignoire très petite de largeur, dans la salle de bain pas évident au début non plus.. le frigo est très petit voire vétuste.. Le gros plus c'est que c'est vraiment pas loin de la plage, à 5 mn à pied ! Je déconseille pour une famille avec jeunes enfants mais pour un couple jeune ou 4 amis jeunes, ça reste correct.

Parfait pour une famille

L'appartement merite un coup de fraicheur, et changement de la literie de la mezzanine.Tres bien placé, 8mn du carrefour market à pied et 3 mn de la grande plage. Petit balcon tres pratique pour sécher les serviettes. 3eme etage sans ascenseur

Et pourtant très déçu!

Très bon accueil par Sylvie. L’appartement est très bien situé, proche de la plage, parking gratuit a proximité et commerces. Par contre, nous sommes très déçus de l’état global de l’appartement; En effet, il est comme dirait un agent immobilier »Dans son jus, prévoir travaux ». Sols( dont les lames de parquet bougent d’où chute possible) et murs défraîchis avec des taches un peu partout, la cuisine doit dater de la construction de l’immeuble(Frigo vétuste et abîmé), et il en est de même pour la salle de bain dont le fond de la baignoire/douche laisse à désirer (émail qui part au fond, dangereux car glissade et chute possible). De plus, pas de Wifi ou de machine à laver le linge. Nous avons eu l’occasion de visiter des appartements d’amis sur place avec un tarif bien en dessous et un équipement moderne, et il est clair que notre location laisse à désirer à ce tarif la! Une rénovation complète et un équipement plus complet(lave-linge, wifi, cuisine, Sdb , sols et murs) sont vivement conseillés! Dommage car l’immeuble et la situation sont très bien!

Bien placé mais appartement vieillissant

Emplacement idéal. Appartement méritant des travaux de rafraîchissement (sale, taches d’humidité, placard,…) avec mobilier sommaire et literie de mauvaise.

Appartement proche mer et commodités

Appartement propre, bien situé, au calme. Au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Lits confortables. Tv dans la mezzanine de l'appartement. Prévoir budget supplémentaire pour parking à la gare sécurisé car pas de places gratuites autour du logement depuis peu. Pas de Wi-Fi, mais peu utile vu l'endroit. Pas de douche, mais petite baignoire (un peu étroite..). Très bonnes vacances passées au bord de la mer.

petite escapade entre filles

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement. Très bien situé, bien équipé, à 2 min de la plage, et bien pratique avec sa mezzanine, nous avons vraiment profité à fond de ces 8 jours.
