The Grand Panoramic - Facing Sea

Spacious 96m² apartment with private parking, classified 3*, stunning views of the ocean, near the quays of Chaume, historic district of Sables d'Olonne.

Idyllic setting, beach of the basin dombret (natural basin of sea water) at the bottom of the building, large beach of Les Sables 800m from the apartment in summer and 1.7km outside the summer (quick access via the water taxi "setter")

Beautiful bike rides or hikes will lead you along the wild coast or to beaches, marshes, forest, embankment, pedestrian streets...



The apartment, located on the 3rd floor with elevator, is composed of 2 bedrooms: a bedroom with a bed of 160, the second with two single beds of 90x200 that can approach

A bathroom with shower and separate toilet

The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob, small freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, washer-dryer.

A 140 sofa bed in the dining room can be extra bedding if needed
