The "Villa Bastion" is a 3-star classified house, fully renovated, in the heart of the Arago district. Ideally located just steps away from the main beach, the market, and shops, it can accommodate up to 10 people.

Composition

Ground floor: large living area with 2 bunk beds (4 sleeping spaces in 90), TV, shower room, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Garage for bicycles and beach equipment.

First floor: 2 double bedrooms with dressing room and high-end bedding, spacious bathroom with bath, towel rail, separate WC.

Living room: comfortable 160 sofa bed.

2nd floor: living room space open to terrace with garden furniture, deck chair, electric barbecue/plancha. Open equipped kitchen: kettle, toaster, citrus press, microwave, coffee maker.

Maison correspondant au descriptif, toutefois la chambre donnant sur le boulevard est très bruyante. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre malgré la chaleur volet roulant abaissé trop de circulation. Emplacement idéal . Très bien équipée , quelques manques toutefois , un caddie pour les courses , un étendoir extérieur cassé .

Souvenirs aux Sables d'Olonne

Séjour agréable dans une maison très bien équipée. Tout est parfait, la situation dans la ville, proche de la plage, des commerces. Pas besoin de voitures pour se déplacer aux sables.
