The staff was excellent! Wonderful people and very helpful. One young man at the desk helped me retrieve my cellphone that I left in an Uber by contacting Uber help and translated for me. Overall a most comfortable stay and friendly staff. A 10 out of 10 for us!

J’ai passé un très agréable séjour ! L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, au cœur du 16e arrondissement, avec le métro à proximité ainsi que plusieurs restaurants, commerces et une pharmacie, ce qui rend les déplacements et le quotidien très faciles. Le personnel est également très gentil, accueillant et arrangeant. On s’y sent rapidement à l’aise, dans une ambiance calme et agréable. Mon séjour s’est tellement bien passé que j’ai finalement décidé de prolonger d’une nuit ! Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y retournerais sans hésiter lors d’un prochain séjour à Paris.

We booked the Chambre Premium - La Solaire, the best room in the hotel with a balcony for a four night stay. The room was well decorated and had all the amenities you would expect for a decent hotel room including a Nespresso machine. The room was however very small with only a small rack to hand clothes. Despite the compact nature of the room everything else was fine, moreover, the balcony was nice to have a coffee and chat on. Breakfast was served from 7-11 and was fine with fresh pastries, bread, cheese, jams and yogurts etc. The only thing lacking was English tea - a problem all over Paris - mainly for Brits. That said, the coffee and other green teas made up for that. The location was brilliant, with good Metro links and close to the Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe. The primary reason for why I booked this hotel was the spa and wellness facilities. Unfortunately this was not fully functioning, a problem highlighted by some older reviews. That said, I would have thought that these issues would have been fixed promptly, as it is definitely a unique selling point for the hotel. The whirlpool/jacuzzi heater was not functioning and had dirt floating in the water. Although we were invited to use the facility, we opted not to for the reasons already mentioned. This was a significant letdown for the stay and hence the 3 star review, if the spa was working and clean, it definitely would have been a 5 star review. Overall the hotel is very clean, the staff are welcoming.
