"It is a clean facility and nice staff. We had a dinner at the hotel. They provide a dinner buffet and the food was good. The only problem with the buffet, they didn’t have refill of pots, when they got empty!! The check in process of hotel was very long. It was not busy but it seems they have a shortage of staff. It was only one receptionist and he supposed to answer the phones and talk with the guests/ customers!"

"Good comfortable hotel and very convenient for an overnight before or after a flight. Five minutes drive to the Malpensa airport. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. We had dinner as well which also was excellent. Both, the food and the service were excellent. The hotel has a bar too. Rooms were clean. Plenty of parking on site and free which eas a bonus for us considering having to pay between 15 and 25 Euros per day for overnight parking almost everywhere we went Suited us perfectly plus very relaxing, for the overnight prior to our flight the next day."

"Really good stay! I felt some of the staff weren’t very accommodating as I had just come from Swiss diamond and had a slightly elevated experience. One negative I will give this is this place gatekeeps water worse than I’ve seen for a 5 star hotel across Europe. For a 2 day stay I spent $211 on just water… and yes you can drink the tap water but I shouldn’t be expected to fill from the bathroom sink the entire time. The restaurant staff weren’t wonderful and they’re the main reason I kept this at a 4. I think if you bring a case of waters to the hotel it probably will be wonderful but paying $10 every time I was thirsty stung a bit."
