Helpful staff. Room initially was for handicapped— so we had to move. Room large and bed comfortable. Shower large but extremely slippery (needed rubber mats). Closet space too small for 5 day trip. Buffet breakfast very nice with custom cooked omelettes.

Charming hotel built in the 1890's and beautifully remodeled. Easy access from the train station and then very walkable to all parts of the historic downtown area.

Hotel itself is beautiful. Pool and amenities as advertised. Staff are well trained, professional, and very friendly.
The room fit and fondue do not reflect the price - layouts are quite strange, ie. no sink on the same floor as the toilet and shower. And Bring your own mattress because the beds are exceptionally uncomfortable.
Location would be the main reason to stay

"Do not stay at this hotel unless you have a car. We only stayed one night, thank goodness. But total waste of a day in our holiday. Cost us 48CHF, approximately 100AUD to get from airport to hotel.
