"The marina room we had was perfect. It was a mini apartment. Property was easy walking distance to groceries stores and restaurants surrounding property. We also lived the onsite property guarded parking. Would definently stay and recommend this property to anyone. "

"The Staff had a lot of attitude and did not want to provide service. I was locked out of my room, as the locked was broken. I got the run around for almost a full day. No one wanted to take ownership and resolve the issue. The water activities staff showed up an hour late every day, and he gave me attitude when I asked to use the kayak. The lifeguard was not on duty for the majority of the day. He was chatting with other staff and not at his post. I rarely got a smile from the staff and they did not proactively ask to help. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, if service is important to you. "
