We were very pleased with the hotel! The receptionist was very friendly and attentive, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. The room was clean and cozy. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

The outside looked a little rough, but the desk staff was wonderful, the room was super clean, things had clearly been updates/upgraded, and it was quiet and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I were traveling to the area.

SUPER DUPER clean rooms. Good pillows and bedding. The hotel has dove bar soap which is a HUGE upgrade from a previous motel we stayed in.

Apparently the best hotel in Claresholm. Bed was clean. Owner was a nice guy. Carpets are due to be tossed since 2015. When you can’t succeed lower your standards they say. Typical small town hotels.

The rooms are large, modern and clean. The jet tub is amazing, perfect for a cold day refresh, but it doesn’t come with a shower. So old school bath. A perfect place to stop and rest on a long road trip.

The outside of the hotel needs some maintenance. The hotel sign light is burnt out (giving a horror movie feel). The planters outside are empty and falling over. That being said, the room was clean and housekeeping did a very good job. We stayed for 3 nights. Everything was very quiet (other than a bit of noisy highway traffic) There is a very big bump turning into the property. Nice big parking stalls outside of the hotel though, so that was nice. Also the restaurant is closed and clearly hasn’t been used in a while.

Great customer service. We all received a bag of chips upon arrival and the gentleman at the front desk carried all my bags up to my room. It was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at with very friendly staff.
