There were bugs as the back door was left open when we arrived in and my wife had an allergiv reaction to whatever was there and my sine had breathijg issues as he cannot be around smoke. Ive left my name and number and have called and no one will call me back about getting a partial refund. "

"The room and bathroom floors were dirty, the bathroom fixtures were corroded and rusty, and the cleaning solution they used smelled awful - mostly like bleach, and there was still mold/mildew in the shower. We tried to cancel our reservation, but the desk clerk was not authorized to help us, and Expedia deferred to the desk clerk at the property. The only good things to say is the AC worked, and there was hot water in the shower."

"We will definitely stay at this beautiful home again, the pretty fenced backyard for dogs, a nice screened back patio with a hot tub! The location was perfect, between Daytona and Saint Augustine . Very close to stores, restaurants! The host was very quick to reply to any questions and was very nice! There’s no way you will not enjoy your stay here! "

"The pool was very nice but although private in that only I was there to use it, there was no "privacy". There is no suitable fencing between the pool and outside pool area. Neighbors are very close by and were working in the yard both days/afternoons. But the pool was beautiful and well kept."
