Es war insgesamt ein super Urlaub. Einfache Buchung, nette Kommunikation und der kurze Weg zum Strand ist einfach perfekt für einen Urlaub mit der Familie. Wir haben uns alles sehr wohlgefühlt.Bei Anreise bekamen wir noch wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge in der näheren Umgebung.

gut ausgestattet und schön renoviert

Das Häuschen liegt sehr nah am Strand (für Strandbesuche gibt es im Haus einen Sonnenschirm), hat eine wunderbar schattige Terrasse inklusive Grill (mit Holzkohle und Anzündern), die wir auch viel und gerne genutzt haben. Alles war sauber. Die Dusche ist großzügig, hat außer der Handbrause noch eine Regendusche. Im Bad gibt es auch einen Fön. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, Induktionsfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, ausreichend Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen, alles an Besteck was man zum Kochen braucht. Im Schrank genug Platz für eigene Vorräte, außerdem ein großer Kühlschrank mit 2 Gefrierfächern. Im oberen Schlafbereich beträgt die Deckenhöhe nur 1,80, was bei einer Körpergröße von 1,86 nicht ganz so schön war (aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts). Es gibt ausreichend Stauraum: ein Schiebetürenschrank und 2 große Schubladenkommoden im Obergeschoß, eine Kommode mit 2 großen Schubladen im Bad und 2 kleine Schubladenkommoden im unteren Wohnbereich. Leider gibt es außer 2 Duschmatten keine Wäsche. Geschirr- und Badehandtücher sowie Bettwäsche sind entweder mitzubringen oder auszuleihen bei der örtlichen Reinigung (da gibt es keine Geschirrhandtücher). Es sind eine Waschmaschine sowie ein Trockenständer und Wäscheklammern vorhanden. Es gibt im Haus kein W-LAN. Fußläufig erreichbar gibt es einen kleinen Spar (bedingt durch die Nachsaison ist das Angebot dort sehr reduziert), der auch am Sonntagmorgen geöffnet ist und täglich frische Backwaren verkauft. Im Hafenbereich gibt es weitere Geschäfte und Restaurants (kleiner Supermarkt, mehrere Bäcker, Obst- und Gemüseverkauf, Metzger, Hähnchengrill, Käsegeschäft, Kleidung, Schuhe, Friseur,...), etwas entfernter liegt noch ein Lidl. Die Buslinie 15 hält 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, für 1,20 pro Person kann man bis Narbonne fahren und kommt auch innerorts so ziemlich überall bequem hin. Ein Busfahrplan liegt vor Ort in einer Schublade mit weiteren Infos zur Gegend bereit. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war über Fe-Wo etwas zäh, da Mailadressen bzw Telefonnummern nicht übermittelt wurden (kamen als XXX oder ---@--- an). Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle an Sandrine, die uns vor Ort gut betreut und geholfen hat.

L"emplacement de ce bien n'est pas du tout conforme aux photos de l'annonce, il est en réalité au centre d'un lotissement avec de des vis a vis de 3 cotés a moins de 3 mètres...On est littéralement chez le voisin ! Et non pas à 50m de la mer face à la plage, fuyez !!

Deux semaines de détente agréables

Logement très fonctionnel, à 50m de la plage. Terrasse orientée Nord très agréable en cas de chaleur. (Suggestion pour les propriétaires : ajouter une gouttière pour la pluie, cela évitera toute les saletés du toit de tomber sur la table). On recommande !
