PORT LEUCATE (11), Les Captivantes, In a quiet residential area. This small house comprises one bedroom, an open-plan kitchen/living room, a shower room with separate WC, a mezzanine, and a terrace facing the sea.

Shops approximately 950 meters away.
Beautiful sandy beach directly in front of the residence, with no road to cross.
