The hotel is right next to the train station which we found perfect for getting to the Belgian Grand Prix and easy trips into Brussels. The hotel is nothing special and quite functional but beds were comfy and we slept well. Getting the lift from the station platform will save you climbing the stairs.

Couple stay in Leuven

The hotel’s location is ideal as it’s conveniently located very near the train station. The rooms are comfortable & clean, with the bathroom well-designed. Service is very good especially the front desk staff such as Ms Egle who was very helpful in giving us travel & eating recommendations. We will stay here again on our next visit.

As soon as we booked the room, the hotel staff reached out to us. We appreciated how responsive they were. We stayed for two nights - August 9th and 10th. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station but it wasn’t noisy. We got connecting rooms as requested. We noticed that one room didn’t have hand soap and it was promptly fixed. We enjoyed our stay. If you travel to the hotel by car like we did, there isn’t a way to drive up to the front door and unload your luggage. You can either park on the street or in the parking lot. It is a very minor inconvenience but we thought we would mention it to raise awareness for others.

No air

No windows that can be opened, ventilation only makes noise but doesn't bring air in. Heating/cooling doesn't really work. Some of the people in the reception are really not helpful (but one or two were OK). Do not expect a Radisson hotel. They say it's 3 stars hotel and it really is a 3 stars hotel. It is really close to the train station and there is a very good noise isolation. Bit of a walk to the center.
