"Lorenzo and staff were great! Loved being in the hills and still easy access to train and town. Borrowed bikes to ride north which was nice change from cinque terre. Delicious breakfast on patio and even one very rainy day in which we enjoyed a stormy morning in the villa. ONLY complaint and I hate to even mention it cuz all really was great, but quite a lot of dog barking in the valley so not next door but still audible in the distance most of the night, even during the storms. Almost sounded...

"We absolutely loved this quaint little hotel!! The staff was exceptional and helpful. Levanto is a charming little beach town and a great place to stay for a CinqueTerre visit. The train station is an easy short walk away and great for visiting all the CinqueTerre villages. There is also a ferry to the villages and a great way to see then from a water view. The sea was too rough while we were there, so we didn't get to do that. Our balcony room also had a little balcony off the bathroom....
