"This hotel is close to train station (7 minutes walk) and shopping street (lot of restaurants to choose). Staff are mostly young, energetic and friendly females. Our bed is comfortable and shower cube is very spacious. Breakfast is great for everyone. We stayed there for two nights and enjoyed our stay very much."

"We opted for this location because it was a quick walk to the train station. Easy walk to food. Staff were amazing. We had an AC unit to use if needed. We laughed because we didn’t know what the stool was for until we realized it was how you access the patio out the window - climbing out. We never got to use it anyway as it rained. There’s a little grocery shop nearby. The breakfast was so good. Beds weren’t the most comfortable. Sort of like sleeping on the floor with a camping mat. The 3rd bed was a cot and my adult daughter said it was low, a bit tilted (head lower than feet), and not that comfy. On the first day we meant to put up the do not disturb sign and forgot. The very amazing staff folded everything my husband and daughter left all over the room. We felt bad about that but it showed how hard they work! Bathroom was great. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again. "

"The host Andrea was extremely nice, hospitable, and knowledgeable. He was always ready to help! He had this cool technology where you just put your phone on a card (there's 3 with different information) and it loads to your phone. No QR code needed (but available as well too)! The cleaning staff were very kind and even left our clothes folded when they did house keeping. We would recommend this to everyone! We loved our stay very much!"

"My husband and and I spent a week here in April. We LOVED our stay. If you're looking for a Hilton or Marriot, you will be disappointed. You are in Europe. The rooms are smaller, the shower is small, and the breakfast is simple. The location is 10/10, a few minutes from the train station, tons of dining options and a few steps ftom the most beautiful beach. Get a room with balcony looking at the sea. The room was small, but confortable. Safe. Clean. And the staff were very helpful. The value was incredible, and a perfect spot to explore Cinque Terre. Stay here!!!"

"Nice clean hotel. Alex was very helpful from the front desk. Drinks were good, but the offering for dinner was a little sparse. A bit out of the way, but not bad. Very walkable from the bus. Beautiful and safe area. comfortable bed and nice hot shower with rain head"
