We were greeted with fresh berries and shown the property when we arrived. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 adults and 3 toddlers. The home was in good condition. The only drawback was a sliding screen that needed repair on the balcony door. We did have a great time. Levanto is a nice town with an accessible beach. A parking pass for the train station was provided which was helpful.

We had a very good stay in Michela's appartment close to Levanto. The appartment is very well situated on the heights of Levanto with a great view. Very spacious , quiet and well equipped. The terrasse is a real plus to enjoy sunshine at breakfast when weather allows. Definitely a recommended place to stay to discover the Cinqueterre area.

This property was perfect for our needs. Spacious with 2 bathrooms, has all the essentials (washer, dishwasher) for a comfortable stay. The best part is we get a local parking permit so we can park at the train station and even in Levanto to explore. Also Levanto is a perfect location to explore Cinque Terre by train. Highly recommend this place.

Maison super agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La maison est telle que décrite, très propre. Michela est très accueillante Michela nous a mis à disposition une carte de stationnement, qui nous a permis d'aller visiter les cinque Terre en train ou en randonnée, tout en garant notre véhicule sur le parking de la gare ou de la plage. Un grand merci à Michela.

Sehr nette Vermieterin

Sehr saubere, gut geschnittene sowie eingerichtete Wohnung mit toller Terrasse mit Bergblick und auf einen kleinen Meerausschnitt. Betten hervorragend. Der Weg zum Strand zu Fuß teils entlang der Straße und teils über idyllische Treppen und Wege. Gut machbar für sportliche Personen. Michela stellt auch einen Parkausweis für vergünstigtes Parken zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft ist wie fast überall in Italien direkt an der Straße gelegen und dadurch bei offenem Fenster etwas laut. Gute Mückenabwehr wird wärmstens empfohlen… Unsere Abende auf dem schönen Balkon bleiben uns in schöner Erinnerung.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung!

Wir waren zu viert 2 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und dennoch gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig gelegen oberhalb des Bahnhofs. Dieser ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin Michela, die uns zum Abschied einen Beutel duftender Zitronen schenkte. Vielen Dank! Gerne kommen wir mal wieder.

Un séjour avec des amis dans les cinque terre

Nous avons apprécié le lieu et la gentillesse de Michela notre hôte. L’appartement est bien situé et le balcon bien agréable . Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner est à disposition. Le parking et la carte de stationnement sont pratiques. Il manque un accès au jardin pour apprécier complètement le lieu . C'est une très bonne base pour découvrir la région y compris Gênes par le train. Les balades en hauteur, moins bondées, sont une option à envisager.

Très bon séjour à Levanto

La proximité de la gare ferroviaire de Levanto est très appréciable pour visiter les villages des Cinque Terre. La carte de stationnement fournie par l'hôte est vraiment un plus. L'accueil et la gentillesse de l'hôte sont remarquable.

Gut ausgestattete, großzügige FeWo

Diese FeWo hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung, was man sonst so nicht antrifft (viel Geschirr, Küchengeräte, Waschmaschine, Tischdecken, Handtücher, Putzmittel u.v.m.). Die Bäder und Schlafzimmer hatten genug Ablageflächen. Die Lage in den Bergen war für uns wunderschön, insbesondere der Blick vom Balkon. Dort konnten wir sehr schön zu Abend essen (tagsüber sehr sonnig). In den Ort Levanto waren es 20 Minuten zu Fuss. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, versteht aber nicht sehr gut Englisch.

Hoch über dem Meer

Helle, saubere, grosszügige, luftige Wohnung mit toller Aussicht, sehr gut eingerichteter Küche, Waschmaschine und sehr netter Vermieterin. Der Weg von/ nach Levanto ist zwar steil und 20min, doch selbst die Kinder bemerkten, dass er täglich kürzer wird. Macht auf gute Art fit! Taschenlampe ist in einigen Wegabschnitten praktisch, aber nicht unbedingt nötig. Die Vermieterin Michela bot uns gelegentlich Fahrdienste, va mit dem Gepäck. Auf dem Balkon wird es schnell warm. Einen Sonnenschirm haben wir jedoch nicht gefunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieterin.

Wir waren Mitte September 2022 da und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ruhige Lage am Ortsrand, anstrengend ist der Aufstieg zu Fuss vom Ort Levanto bis zur Unterkunft. Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, positiv ist vor allem die Spülmaschine und großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.

Schön war´s

Viel Platz in der FeWo, Ausstattung war für uns gut ausreichend, Frühstück und Sterne schauen auf der Terasse, wandern vom Haus weg, Parkplatz am Haus und mit Anwohnerkarte im Ort, wer will kann sportlich in den Ort spazieren oder direkt zum Zug in die Cinque Terre. Michela hat uns alles liebevoll erklärt und wir haben die Zeit genossen. Danke.
