The fully refurbished accommodation is beautifully presented and comprises an open plan ground floor area, combining a living room with Smart TV, wood burner, a dining table with seating for up to six. This leads up to a well-equipped kitchen, ideal for family get togethers.
There is a boot room and toilet just off the kitchen. This leads out into an enclosed courtyard and then through the gate up to a decked terrace with table and seating. A generous sized shed is available for storing bicycles (with electricity for charging of e-bikes) and hooks for storing sports equipment. Parking for three cars is to the rear of the garden.
Stairs from the living area to the first-floor landing leads to the family bathroom and three bedrooms. The master at the back has an en-suite shower and sink. Kilconquhar and Elie, nestled in the picturesque East Neuk of Fife, offer a delightful blend of culinary and recreational experiences.
Kilconquhar boasts the historic Kilconquhar Castle Estate, providing not only accommodation but also leisure facilities like tennis courts and an equestrian centre for pony treks through the countryside.

It was our first time in Fife and what a great location the cottage is.
It was our first time in Fife and what a great location the cottage is. Nested in a quiet village with a really lovely pub restaurant and close drive to all local attractions.The cottage itself was really clean and warm and had able space for a family of 4. I has 3 double bedrooms so plenty of space.We only struggled the first night to locate the parking space as we arrived in the dark but Janey was amazing over the phone!

Lovely property in a quiet area but near to Elie and coast a long woth St Andrews. Inside the home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The only let down was the apprqrance of the adjoining property. External stairs to back door are steep however hand rail assists along with pir light when its dark. Would definitely stay again.
