Admiralty Lane (No 4)

  • Attractive, 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage set in a peaceful spot just a couple of minutes’ walk from the local beach and the Fife Coastal Path – the perfect base for exploring the East Neuk. Completely renovated in 2026, it’s all on one level with off-street parking for two cars, a fully enclosed rear garden, and even an EV charging extension cable providing a 2.7kW charge so you can conveniently top up your electric vehicle during your stay. Wi-Fi is included, with superfast broadband (500Mb) so you can plan your adventures or stream a film after a day out. Please note, this property allows one dog only.



    Sleeping arrangements are wonderfully flexible: two stylish bedrooms can be prepared as 2 doubles, 1 king and 1 double, or 1 king and 2 singles – perfect for couples, friends or families. Bedroom 1 offers a king-size bed and a hair dryer for added convenience, while Bedroom 2 can be set up as a twin or a double to suit your needs. The modern bathroom features a bath, separate free-standing shower, WC and wash hand basin.



    The heart of the home is the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, designed for relaxed, sociable holiday living. There’s a TV with Freeview, comfy seating and a dining table and chairs, plus French doors that open straight onto the decking and garden – perfect for letting in the sea air on sunny days. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, half-and-half fridge/freezer and a clever instant hot water tap with filtered water, so everything from quick breakfasts to easy family suppers is covered.



    Outside, the fully enclosed rear garden and decked area provide a safe, private spot for children to play and for adults to relax with a drink after coastal walks or a day at the beach. Residents also have access to the garage, which is ideal for storing beach gear, bikes and other holiday essentials. The house also comes with a range of games, including table tennis, to keep friends and family entertained throughout your stay. There are also two bikes available for guests to use if you forget your own. There is also a car charger available for guests.



    And when you’re ready to venture out, you’re just a short stroll from The Ship Inn – the village’s lively hub for delicious food and drinks – and only a few minutes’ walk from the brand-new sauna, perfect for warming up after an invigorating cold-water dip. This is the kind of place where you can park the car, slow down and savour simple seaside living.
