Just 20 yards from the long sandy beach with no roads to cross, this fully self-contained lower conversion has been lovingly renovated to offer spacious, contemporary coastal living. With sea views from the sitting room, a small enclosed garden/patio and off-street parking for one car, it’s a brilliant base for a classic seaside holiday – or for up to six adults to enjoy a peaceful golf break with easy access to nearby courses and shoreline walks.
At the heart of the home is a generous dining/kitchen space, fitted with a Rangemaster Hi-Lite cooker (gas hob, two electric ovens and hotplate), fridge-freezer, Bosch coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, clothes pulley and a dining table seating 6–8. It’s well set up for relaxed family meals or simple dinners after a day on the beach or the fairways.
The cosy sitting room has a wood-burning stove, TV, DVD player and views towards the sea – perfect for curling up on cooler evenings. Sleeping is arranged across three comfortable bedrooms: a master with king-size bed and full-length mirror, plus two twin rooms each with two single beds, giving flexible options for families or groups of friends.
There’s a family bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and wash hand basin, as well as a separate shower room with WC, basin and wet-room style shower with a small step (around 2 inches) for easier access. A large porch provides handy extra space for storing golf clubs, beach gear and wetsuits.
Outside, the enclosed garden/patio gives you a sheltered place to relax, complete with a brick-built barbecue and sea views, with the beach just moments away when you’re ready to wander down to the sand.
