"This is a Hidden Gem, Don t share this! The property is 5 min from CMLewes Ferry; walkable with Irish Eyes Pub and marinas /boats in front of your face!! Great sunset on our private deck! Walk a few steps over the bridge to boutiques, cafes, art museums and restaurants The concierges were so gracious we had a room to envy ! Suite with fireplace & deck, , access to sauna pool free parking . The hotel is Blue Glam, a decorative inspiration for sure the room as well as the lobby! 5 stars anywhere for sure ! TY Hotel Blue for you hospitality! "

"This is the 3rd year that we have rented this house for a long weekend. Easy communication with the host. The house is clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen is well stocked with flatware, glasses, plates. Easy check in and out. The beds are comfortable and so is the common space. I give a 5 star rating reluctantly because I don't want the house to become so popular that I will lose my weekend. "

"All went well after some trouble figuring out the heating. Home wasn't winterized when we arrived on a 40 deg day. It was 51 deg inside and furnace and baseboard heating weren't working. Spoke w property mgr who was making efforts for tech to come but we couldn't wait as it was freezing. Bought 4 space heaters for our use. After a lot of trouble shooting on our own, checked the main elec panel and found to our surprise that all the breakers to heating system were in off position. Got the baseboard heaters working but furnace never started. Space heaters were adequate to keep the upstairs reasonably warm. No one was ableTo come thru our stay and we made do. Nice stay overall other than the heating issue. We may have been the first winter renter and they hadn't winterized the home prior. Listing agent said our expenses will be reimbursed as well as some compensation for our lost day. Sounds legit but I'm still waiting for word from accounting, 20 days later. "
