There are two (2) bedrooms upstairs and a small sleeper-loveseat (that was broken) located on the first floor, in the back room which leads to the rear deck. The host refused to contact me via cell phone, when I discovered this problem upon my arrival. His emails were rude and his attitude was poor overall."

We did run into two small issues that were unavoidable, but had a clear line of communication with the owner and were resolved without causing a single wrinkle in our stay. "The house was super cute and in a great location! It was small but for a weekend with only 3 adults it was perfect. Unfortunately, the weather was awful (freezing and cold) so we really didn’t get to enjoy the beach at all . However, it was great for food and night time entertainment. Everything was within a few blocks. I would absolutely return when the weather is nicer (for reference, we were in town for a memorial weekend wedding)! Thank you for an Awesome time!"

The check in process was smooth and Brian and Julie were nice welcoming hosts.
