Wonderful beach condo conveniently located between Lewes & Rehoboth beach with an elevator! Condo features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms & 1,560 SF of space. As you enter the unit there are 2 nice sized bedrooms upfront. Great open concept layout with kitchen, dining room and living all together. The master bedroom and bathroom are spacious and has a sliding glass door leading to an open porch. Just off the living room is a sunroom that gets an abundance of afternoon sunlight with French door leading to the outside porch.

LINENS: This rental property will provide mattress protective pads, pillows and bed spreads and/or comforters. Most property owners also have additional blankets and pillows stored in closets that are available for use. Rental guests have the option to bring their own linens (sheets, pillow cases and towels) or rent them. Sunset Rentals will provide contact information for several local linen rental companies in our welcome letter. The welcome letter is emailed out 2 weeks prior to occupancy date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations are subject to a nonrefundable $80 admin fee. If GUEST cancels 60 days prior to arrival date then 100% refund will be provide (less $80 admin fee). If the GUEST cancels 30 days prior to arrival date then 50% refund will be provided (less $80 admin fee).
