"The staff was very nice. Although the room was average, the bathroom and shower smelt like mildew. The pool was extremely small and freezing. Overall I would not return."

"Room was clean did not know shower had no liner but was warm water. Noisy due to kids above. Next time renting up higher so we are noisy one. Haha was nice for price great food lovely staff. Even though said no view still had view and was wonderful to watch the storms pass. "

"Obstructed view"

"This property is in a great location in Seaside and overall we had an OK stay. The property is very outdated. Things were old and pretty sparse. For three of us in a double queen room, there were only two chairs at a small dining table in addition to the beds so not many places to sit and relax. We brought our small dog, which was nice, although they use some kind of room deodorizer that was overpowering and very strong. I had a headache the first night from it. It thankfully dissipated a lot by the second night. The breakfast was an offering of breads, bagels, cereals, fruit juice, coffee, teas, flavored yogurts, apples, oranges and hard boiled eggs. Plan to bring protein, if starting your day with that is important to you! There’s a mini fridge, microwave and cooktop in the room. Although there was dish ware and silverware, we had to ask for pots and pans. My husband and son said the hot tub was nice and warm. We also enjoyed the offering of cookies at 6:00pm each evening. They were yummy! The staff was OK. Some were very nice while others seemed put out. I really wish it was a nicer place. Not sure we’ll go back."

"The room I was in did not have extra blankets for the sofa bed and the coffee pot that was provided was too small for the coffee maker, I ended up having to use a spoon to get the coffee to come out. There were dishes left in the dishwasher from the previous occupant, unsure if they were clean as there was no dishwasher pods/soap available. We also had a pretty windy and rainy day on one of the days where the sliding glass door leaked water from the bottom as well as a pretty strong draft from the window making the room cold."

"Location was amazing.Perfect for our small pet as well. We parked our car and walked everywhere.We were told the property slept 8.We had 6 and welcomed an additional family member for one of the nights.Sadly, the bed option for the 7 and 8th guests are single cots that wouldn’t stay upright.That guest slept on the floor in the basement.Not ideal. I wouldn’t advertise this property sleeps 8.We arrived at the property following a funeral and didn’t see all of the paperwork we were apparently supposed to fill out.We were startled to pounding on the door for this paperwork.Kitchen desperately needs updating but is very well stocked.Unfortunately the dishwasher didn’t work and given the timing of our discovery, it made sense to just hand wash during our stay instead of spending a day of our rental while maintenance tried to fix. Property management was very attentive because we needed to make multiple calls. The front door code wouldn’t always work but come to find out the door is old and doesn’t always latch completely. The CO2 alarms chirped the first 24 hrs but maintenance again came and quickly replaced batteries. All things that just happen but unfortunate for us. To no fault of the owner, the homeless situation in seaside seems to have increased and one tried to break through the front gate late one evening approaching my daughter on the porch aggressively as she let our dog out to potty. We had to call the police to get this person to leave (appeared to be on drugs)."
