"I don't know about you but when I'm on a trip and stop for the night, my #1 concern is getting a good night's sleep so I can be refreshed & ready to go the next day. In this case, this was our destination & we were spending 3 nights here for a conference, then we were going to head back. Unfortunately, all 3 nights, the people in the room above us decided they wanted to "share" their favorite music collection with us. The first night the music was quiet enough that it only woke me up intermittently. Well, I didn't want to put up a fuss so I didn't complain. First night of crap sleep. Second night the music was playing again, and again I tried to sleep through it. However, at 1:15am they cranked the music up LOUD. After 1.5 hours of this, I finally called the front desk. They called the room & about 3:00am the music was turned off. Second night of crap sleep. Third night the music was playing again but just a little too loud to try to sleep through. About 8:30pm, I called the front desk. The front desk called the room, and about 8:40 the music got... louder. From 8:40 to about 11:30, the music got quieter & louder, but the overall pattern was louder. At 11:30, I called the front desk and complained again, then hung up and called the police. The police showed up & the music was shut off. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to fall asleep until about 1:30am. Third night of crap sleep. This was, perhaps, one of the worst stays ever. And I paid $145/night for this."

"We stay here every time we come to Franklin and Nashville. They are always so nice and the food is great!!! The staff are always happy and genuinely care about making sure you have what you need. We will always choose Drury Plaza Hotel in Franklin Tennessee."

"Convenient location, comfortable bed and room, TV and WI-FI worked well. Breakfast was good, nothing special. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned well before our stay. Only reason we will not stay here on our next trip to Nashville area is that there was an odor in the room, mainly the bathroom, that smelled like cigarette smoke."

"Bugs in the lobby, broken door, no hot water, every towel we got was stained, no hair dryer, no microwave, shower head is moldy doesn’t look like it’s ever been cleaned, tiny pillows, ac barely works and is controlled so you can’t turn it down past a certain temp so we woke up drenched in sweat multiple times throughout the night, the beds are full size not queen, absolutely not worth what we paid and not as nice and upscale as advertised by any means."

"This is a great hotel our only complaint was the toilet was very low we had a hard time getting up and down.We are not you’d anymore and this was very difficult for both of us."
