"The walls are torn, there is mold in the bathroom, there is a bad smell in the room, there is no one in the reception, you have to call and knock. The linen is clean."
"I would not advice anyone to stay on this property. The location is unsafe i would suggest you google it before booking. We had a police officer tell us to lock our door and not go out after dark. We ended up booking another house as we did not feel safe. The doorknobs and conditions of the house is also not safe. The house has cockroaches. I would not recommend this place for anyone specially if you have kids. "
"The inside was very nice and roomy and very clean, but property was listed as having a parking space and a king-size bed Was disappointed that a king-sized bed was not in the main bedroom. There were two queens, no king. The area was a bit scary, not the best location, but the privacy fence in back helped. Only parking was on street."
"No one showed up to let us in. No one sent us a code for the door. No one warned us we were going to be ghosted, and I even contact Expedia twice about this before we left, no one got back to me. I see this listing is still on, but "sold out". It should be removed."
"A great property with a very welcoming host! We arrived very late (1am!), but the host greeted us and provided an overview of the room. On the first morning he also provided an overview of the kitchen.
The property is very clean and well maintained.

"We were told ahead of time that our check in could be later as it was a busy long weekend. When we arrived our desired room wasn't ready and we were offered another room but declined due to location...we said we'd wait...they immediately got our room ready in 20 minutes while we enjoyed ourselves in the gazebo. Beautiful property and gardens."
"We had a great time staying at the Cayuga Street house. The home is very comfy and full of charm, located within easy walking distance to great restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are fun to talk to. We spent most of our (4) day stay near Niagara Falls, and found the drive very easy each day. If you wand a great group meal, head over to Casa Antica, we had a blast. Abby was very responsive to all the questions that we had!"
"Our room was very large and comfortable. The hotel staff are very friendly and willing to help with whatever we needed. Breakfast was great especially the bacon! Many nice restaurants and bars in walking distance. The river is beautiful. We saw bald eagles from our window. Walked to a great concert in Art Park. Area is very walkable and seems pretty safe.
