The location was great. Perfect for easily exploring the Niagara Falls area. Hotel was clean and staff was great. Bed was comfortable. LOVED the Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries! My only complaints would be that I had to pay extra for parking and I booked a room on the river view side but was given a room with the city view. Over all was a great experience. I would stay here again!

Breakfast options are very good except that we have to buy for Children and get coupons for only adults. The TVs are not Smart and could only watch few channels. the other equipment's seems very old as well. The Sofa bed was not clean and had to use a extra pair of bedsheets to cover and use. Except the above mentioned, everything was excellent. The location is near to the falls and accessible to few restaurants. Overall experience was awesome.

The room was adequate, clean, beds comfortable. One of the chairs on the balcony was very frayed, had to cover with a towel to use it. I asked to have it replaced, assured they would when room cleaning was done-except cleaning was not done! I had to get additional towels and toilet paper at the front desk-and I was happy we only booked two nights. Terrible service for the price.

Breakfast was good they had an all you can eat buffet as well as a menu. Free warmed chocolate chip cookies to die for. Didn’t do so go on cleaning my room had to call down twice to get them to clean it. They came right up and did a great job. It is in walking distance to Niagara State Park and the rainbow bridge. Close to the free city bus stop. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location. Easy to walk to Niagra Falls, Maid of the Mist and even was able to cross the bridge into Canada by walking there and back to the hotel. The hotel room itself was not as high end as I expected, table had water stains and a cabinet had obvious water damage by fridge. Bed was comfortable but nothing felt luxurious.
