The pool was never advertised as closed. The reason I picked the place was for my kid to swim the night before his surgery. He was so excited only to be let down. The staff was nice. The room was decent.

The AC in my room was not working properly. Luckily it was not super hot, but I like it cool at night and even though it was turned all the way down to 60 it did not come on at all and I didn’t realize it till the second night there so it was not comfortable for me at night while I was sleeping. ...
